Closed20 Apr, 2026, 09:00 - 31 May, 2026, 23:59

Thank you for taking part in the public consultation for the Cavan Community Safety Plan 2026–2028, led by the Cavan Local Community Safety Partnership. Community safety—both being safe and feeling safe—is central to quality of life. This consultation seeks to gather the experiences, concerns, and insights of people across County Cavan to identify the key challenges, needs, and opportunities that will shape the new Community Safety Plan. We strongly encourage all communities, groups, and individuals to engage with this process. Broad participation is essential to ensure that the full range of issues, perspectives, and lived experiences across the county are accurately captured and reflected in the plan. The survey is open to all residents aged 12 and over, and the voices of young people and under‑represented groups are especially important. If you have any questions about the survey or the Community Safety Plan, please contact Amanda Murray, Cavan Community Safety Coordinator, at lcsp@cavancoco.ie

The closing date for submission is midnight Sunday 31st May 2026.

Privacy Statement All questionnaires are anonymous, and all responses will be treated with complete confidentiality. No participant will be identifiable in any way. The information collected will be used solely to inform the new Cavan Community Safety Plan. Please note that the Local Community Safety Partnership is resourced by the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration, and that the findings from this consultation may be shared with the National Office for Community Safety.

The closing date has passed and submissions are no longer being accepted.
